The problem
You spot a thread where someone is describing exactly the problem you solve. But writing a reply that helps without sounding promotional is harder than it looks. Too short and you look drive-by. Too promotional and you get downvoted. Too long and nobody reads it.

- Reads the thread and identifies the actual problem, not just the surface question
- Drafts a reply that is useful on its own — not dependent on a follow-up
- Applies BOUCH voice rules: direct, grounded, British English, no buzzwords
